The following shows what you’re agreeing to when you purchase. The clauses are there to protect you as the purchaser and us as the seller.

Agreement of Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, you are contracting with The Place Brand Academy (PBA), a company registered in the UK and governed by UK laws. The company registration number is 14937487, the registered business address is Kingscote House, Turners Hill Road, East Grinstead, RH19 4JZ
Course purchase covers the course as outlined on the PBA website.
All materials to complete the course can be accessed from the PBA website.
Access to the course is available as soon as payment has been received.
Accessing the course waives any rights to a “cooling off” period.
The course can be completed at the user’s discretion.
There is no time limit for completion.
Once purchased, no further costs for that course are required.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All course content is the property of the Place Brand Academy.
Courses are for educational purposes only.
The user is granted individual licence upon payment
Users shall not redistribute, copy, or modify course content and are prohibited from unlawful use, reselling, or sharing access.
No derivative works can be created based on PBA courses or products

Data Protection & Privacy

Governing Law

If any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement needs to be brought to court this shall be done exclusively in the courts of London, England and the Parries hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
